Experience Required We welcome strong leaders from various clinical environments: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required) Previous management experience (ADON, Unit Manager, RN Supervisor, or equivalent) Hospital experience is welcome — LTC experience is not required Willing to train the right RN leader with strong clinical and leadership skills Strong communication, coaching, and team‑support abilities Why This Role Is a Great Opportunity?
