Job Description

VIP staffing is immediately hiring a Sheet Metal Mechanic for a leading organization in Rio Rancho

This is a Full time Temp to hire opportunity

The Schedule is: Monday - Friday 7am- 3:30 pm

Pay for this position starts at $18.00 per hour

As a Sheet Metal Mechanic you will:

Perform work on an assembly line such as punching holes for screws or bending gutters.
Measure, cut and weld pieces together according to specifications, blueprints or directions.
Connect pieces or secure seams by riveting, rolling, soldering or utilizing steel screws.

Sheet Metal Mechanic candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Minimum 2 years relatable work experience.
Ability to read Blueprints.
Familiarity with fitting, bending, rolling and riveting.
Ability/experience with use of power brake on aircraft allows.
Must have your own tools.
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
