Entry Level Marketing Coordinator

Role Description The Entry Level Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC. This position supports the planning and promotion of nonprofit fundraising events by assisting with marketing campaigns, event logistics, and on-the-ground coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include helping prepare event materials, coordinating timelines, supporting sales and outreach activities, and maintaining accurate records of campaign performance. The coordinator will collaborate with internal teams and nonprofit partners, draft basic marketing and event communications, and help ensure events are aligned with client goals. This role is ideal for someone seeking hands-on experience in event marketing and nonprofit fundraising in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including interpersonal communication and basic presentation abilities Foundational Sales skills with an interest in supporter outreach and fundraising Event Planning and coordination skills, with attention to logistics and timelines Writing skills for creating simple marketing copy, event descriptions, and supporter communications Basic Project Management skills to track tasks, deadlines, and event-related activities Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC and collaborate effectively in team settings Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Proficiency with common office and marketing tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, social media platforms) Interest in nonprofit work and event-based fundraising; prior event or marketing experience is a plus but not required Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
