Radiation Therapy CoordinatorOur client, a leading health system in Lakewood, CO, is seeking a Radiation Therapy Coordinator to administer individualized radiation therapy treatments and perform clinical simulations, while assuming twenty-four-hour responsibility for departmental operations to ensure quality, cost-effective patient care.ResponsibilitiesSupervises therapist activities.Delivers prescribed planned courses of radiation therapy to patients.Maintains quality of portal verification on each patient according to department standards.Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care.Maintains the environment of care, including Quality Assurance tests on equipment, room preparation, and supplies.Proficiently uses EMR and patient data management systems to accurately input changes, record treatments, and patient data.RequirementsRequired**High School Diploma/G.E.D.Registered Radiation TherapistCompletion of an ARRT approved school of Radiation TherapyFive (5) years experience in Radiation TherapyPreferred**Two (2) years in leadership/management positionScheduleFull TimeCompensation$39.52 - $68.67/hourBenefitsMedical, prescription drug, dental, vision plansLife insurancePaid time off (minimum of 14 paid time off days, including holidays annually)Tuition reimbursementRetirement plan benefits including 401(k), 403(b), and other defined benefits offerings$15,000 sign-on bonusUp to $8,000 relocation assistance
