Job Description

A well-established hospital-affiliated multi-specialty medical group is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join its Nocturnist Hospitalist team in San Bernardino County, CA.

• Support and work alongside an Internal Medicine Residency Program
• Must be Board-Certified in Internal Medicine and comfortable working with residents
• Open ICU environment
• Procedures preferred but not required
• Flexible scheduling with options for full- or part-time
• Strong emphasis on team-based, collaborative inpatient care

• $250K – $275K annual salary
• W2 or 1099 employment options available
• Production-based bonus opportunities
• Sign-on bonus (negotiable)
