Mon - Fri, no weekends/evenings, 8-4:30, 6-8 patients per day managing chronic conditions. Athena AI Scribe to get charting done within the work day! Patient panel geography will be through: Round Rock, Georgetown, Belton, Jarod, up to Temple.

Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioners we seek are those who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care. The Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient's needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
• Federal DEA License/eligibility
• Geriatric training/experience preferred
• Active CPR/BLS Certification
• Board Certification
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record
