Recruitment Consultant at Larson Maddox - Legal and Regulatory Location: Salt Lake City, UT Schedule: 9/80 (Every other Friday off) Base pay range $147,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr About the Role We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Global Trade Compliance to lead compliance operations for a major communications systems sector. This on‑site role manages a team of eight and plays a critical part in ensuring adherence to U.S. export/import regulations while supporting international business growth. What You'll Do Lead and mentor trade compliance teams; foster a collaborative culture Develop and enforce trade compliance policies and procedures Act as Empowered Official; interpret ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations Manage export authorizations and ensure timely licensing for key programs Partner with Business Development, Operations, and Engineering to integrate compliance into business strategies Support audits, investigations, and compliance reporting Domestic travel up to 20% What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience (or equivalent) 3+ years leading high‑performing teams 5+ years with ITAR, EAR, and U.S. trade sanctions (OFAC) Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance Preferred Skills Experience with OCR EASE or similar tools Military or Foreign Military Sales background Technical expertise and ability to interpret complex regulations ✅ Ready to make an impact?
