Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance metrics. Coach associates to maximize every customer interaction and deliver complete wireless solutions. Monitor store performance and develop action plans to improve results. Lead by example by actively selling products, services, and accessories alongside your team. Provide ongoing coaching, recognition, and performance feedback. Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and sales role-playing. Prepare team members for future leadership opportunities through mentoring and development. Manage Daily Store Operations Oversee all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Maintain accurate inventory and protect company assets. Ensure operational compliance with company policies and wireless carrier standards. Manage scheduling to meet customer demand while maximizing productivity. Complete required reporting, training, and administrative tasks on time. Partner with your District Manager to execute company initiatives and improve store performance. Be Active in the Community Support local marketing initiatives and community events. Build relationships with nearby businesses and organizations. Represent Elite Wireless and Cricket Wireless with professionalism in the community.
