Maintenance Planner/Coordinator - Power Plant
Maintenance Planner/Coordinator - Power Plant (onsite) - Juno Beach, FL /Palm Beach Gardens, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project. Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Must be willing to work long shifts (10-12 hours per day), including nights and weekends, as required by the outage schedule; Travel to various plant locations for outages is required. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:
- Availability to work at the Client's site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and to travel to different Power Plant Locations in Florida (required).
- Experience with Combined Cycle Power Generation Fleet overhaul planning.
- Experience with Development of Electrical or I&C Maintenance Work Order packages.
- Experience with Jobsite walk-downs and scope validation.
- Experience with Procurement of materials and services.
- Experience with Work order cost and schedule estimation.
Preferred:
- Experience with Power Plant Maintenance and/or Planning.
- Experience with IBM Maximo.
- Experience with Technical procedure writing.
- Quality Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Bachelor's in Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Support overhaul planning of the Combined Cycle Power Generation Fleet.
- Develop job specific Electrical or I&C Maintenance Work Order packages for Overhaul Projects.
- Perform jobsite walk-downs and scope validation.
- Support procurement of materials and services.
- Develop procedures for execution of work.
- Establish accurate work order cost and schedule estimates.
- Interface with site personnel, fleet engineering, and the central maintenance organization.
