High Possibility the PT Will work mostly OP. RURAL LOCATION. VET LOCATION AND HOUSING PRIOR TO SUBMITTING. Will work at area facilities (all within 60 mile radius, including home health visits). Shift is M-F days, preferably 8hrs but may consider 4X10.
