Summer Camp Director

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Summer Camp Director to join our team at Overtime Athletics DMV in Reston, VA. This full‑time, seasonal position offers the opportunity to lead and create memorable experiences for children in a fun and energetic environment. Our summer camps are Monday‑Friday from 9am‑4pm for about 9 weeks during the summer. Responsibilities Plan and execute daily camp activities and schedules Supervise and lead a team of camp counselors Ensure the safety and well‑being of all campers Communicate with parents and provide excellent customer service Manage camp logistics and inventory Requirements Up to 2 years experience working with children in a camp or educational setting Strong leadership and communication skills CPR/First Aid certification required Passion for creating a positive and inclusive camp environment Ability to pass a background check Teacher's License Preferred About Us Overtime Athletics DMV has been providing high‑quality sports and enrichment programs for children in the Reston area for over 10 years.
