Production Associate: Lena, Illinois

Our customer in Lena, Illinois is looking for a hardworking, detailoriented individual to join their team as a Production Associate to work fulltime on 3rd shift. In this role, you will support production operations by working on the pack line and assisting with processing and manufacturing activities while following standard work methods and safe work practices in a hot and wet environment.

Responsibilities of the Production Associate:

• Work on the pack line to support production and processing of products.
• Perform manufacturing and packaging duties according to standard operating procedures.
• Handle materials and products weighing over 70 lbs. as required.
• Follow all safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the shift.
• Support overall production goals by working efficiently and as part of a team.
• Perform additional production tasks as assigned.

Production Associate Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a hot and wet production environment.
• Ability to lift more than 70 lbs. as required.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility with varying schedules.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Pay for Production Associate: $22.00/hour.

Schedule: start between 9:45pm until work is complete. Weekly schedules are released and communicated every Friday. Some weekends may be required.
