Job Overview:

• The Inside Sales Representative position is responsible for the following:
• Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
• Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
• Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
• Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
• Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates

Requirements:

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
• Persuasive and goal-oriented
• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
• Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
• Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) 

Education and Experience:

• Relevant experience preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:

• This is a full-time position and regular work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with the ability to work outside of or in addition to those hours as needed

Travel:

• Travel expectation is approximately 5%
