Cardiac Monitor Technician

Performs a variety of duties connected with cardiac rhythms displayed monitor screens. Reads, interprets, and relays pertinent information regarding the cardiac monitors to the appropriate personnel. Provides clerical support.

Auto Offer EPIC backfill, Night Shift, 36 hours, 12 hr shift, Must have EPIC experience, prefer an experienced monitor tech who is pro in recognizing rhythm changes. No other special qualities. This is a position for an EPIC conversion. Candidates must have recent EPIC and Cerner experience. No RTO. Start date is firm.

Minimum Education High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred

Required Licenses Other Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR): Required Refer to the Required Licenses and Certifications list for additional job and/or unit specific requirements.
