About the Position
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Easton, Maryland, 21601!
Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Intensive Care Duration: 10 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years required; first-time travelers accepted with strong critical care experience/skills License: RN state license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH required Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred - Patient ratio experience of 2:1 or up to 3:1 with low acuity - Preferred experience in Community Hospital, LTAC, and Trauma Level I/II Description: ICU RN needed for night shifts. The average daily census is 8 patients. The unit has a total of 10 beds. The patient ratio during nights is 2:1. Floating is required within the specialty. Holidays are required as scheduled. Every other weekend is required. The nurse will manage various skills, including arterial line management and ventilator management. Experience with high acuity patients is essential. Emergency medications and infection prevention protocols must be adhered to. The nurse will be involved in critical care procedures and patient monitoring. All candidates must be comfortable floating within scope with no restrictions. Certifications such as BLS and ACLS must be AHA certified. Compliance with onboarding procedures is required. Laboratories must be completed within a specified timeframe after contract acceptance. Modules and training sessions are non-billable and included in the onboarding process. About Cynet Health
