What You’ll Be Doing Lead large-scale WTP, WWTP, and stormwater utility construction projects Oversee all phases – preconstruction, scheduling, procurement, and delivery Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and change orders with internal and external stakeholders Mentor project engineers and field teams while fostering a culture of safety and accountability Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements Track budgets, profitability, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle Optimize operational efficiency from mobilization to final turnover What You Bring 10+ years in project management for heavy civil or water infrastructure projects Direct experience working for a general contractor (contractor-side experience is essential) Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred) Strong financial, schedule, and subcontractor management skills Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Background in wet utilities, WWTP, WTP, stormwater, or public utility construction Willingness to relocate or travel within the Southeast (relocation support available) Why This Role?
