A well-established bank committed to innovation, customer engagement, and data-driven marketing is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist to support the continued evolution of its marketing operations. This role plays a critical part in optimizing marketing technology platforms, enhancing digital experiences, and leveraging data to improve campaign effectiveness and business performance.

The Marketing Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's marketing technology ecosystem, supporting marketing automation initiatives, maintaining website functionality, and providing actionable insights through analytics and reporting. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across multiple business units while driving marketing efficiency and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain marketing technology platforms, including marketing automation systems, email marketing tools, website platforms, and analytics solutions
• Configure, implement, and optimize marketing technology systems to support organizational marketing objectives
• Ensure seamless integration between marketing platforms and broader business systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing technologies and digital platforms
• Utilize HubSpot Marketing Automation to develop, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns and workflows
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to evaluate marketing-driven, corporate-driven, and line-of-business campaigns
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that improve campaign performance
• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns through automation, segmentation, and workflow management
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Intelligence, and other internal stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search visibility, website traffic, and user engagement
• Monitor website analytics and performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot reporting functionality
• Manage and maintain company websites and affiliate sites within Drupal 10 CMS
• Develop, organize, and update website content to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with brand standards
• Implement website enhancements, new functionality, and user experience improvements to support marketing initiatives
• Optimize website architecture, navigation, SEO performance, and conversion paths to improve engagement and lead generation
• Stay informed of emerging marketing technology trends, best practices, and platform enhancements
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support evolving marketing and business objectives

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, digital marketing, or a related field
• Strong technical aptitude with experience managing and optimizing marketing technology platforms
• Experience with HubSpot Marketing Automation strongly preferred
• Proficiency with data analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Experience managing websites within Drupal 10 CMS or comparable content management systems
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, website optimization, and digital marketing strategies
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred

Preferred Certifications:

• Google Analytics Certification
• HubSpot Marketing Software Certification
