What You'll Do

• Work as part of a crew to provide high-quality tree care, including pruning, removals, and cable bracing.
• Safely operate climbing gear, chainsaws, and other essential equipment.
• Apply proper pruning techniques and tree care best practices.
• Follow all safety procedures meticulously at all times.
• Deliver excellent service to clients while maintaining professional standards.

What We're Looking For

• Desire to work outdoors in a physically active and demanding role.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean DMV record.
• Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
• Willingness to learn and develop tree climbing (without spurs) and proper pruning techniques.
• Commitment to learning tree care safety standards and equipment operation.
• Ability to climb trees and work safely at heights.
• Physical capability to lift and move up to fifty (50) pounds regularly.
