Outpatient Physical Therapist

FTE: 0.800000 Standard Hours: 32.00 Shift: Shift 1 Shift Details: Holidays: Weekends: Job Summary: Outpatient Physical Therapist- Multi-department therapist. Will float between several clinical sites.

Provides comprehensive physical therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs.

Experience meaningful one-on-one interactions with patients as you support their progress and see the impact you make firsthand. You'll also benefit from reasonable productivity expectations within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Participates in varied Rehabilitation Services activities designed to enhance patient care and programs.

Demonstrates advanced evaluation and treatment skills and has ability work in any department or location assigned based on rehab needs.

Other duties as assigned.

A minimum of two years of clinical Therapist experience meeting requirements of Level I responsibilities as determined by interview and assessment. Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required. Must be proficient at all PT level 1 competencies, maintain productivity level and have the potential to take on additional responsibilities. May require clinical expertise in specific discipline. WI state license as a Physical Therapist is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 3 months of hire.
