Experienced Caregiver

Job Summary:

CareBuilders at Home – West Knoxville is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers with a genuine passion for helping others. As a Non-Medical Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and companionship to clients who need support with daily living activities, allowing them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Help with light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying

• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings

• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior

• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred

• Compassionate and empathetic attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to follow care plans and instructions

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

• Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform light household tasks

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Must pass a background check

Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay starting at $18, CNA's $20, depending on experience
