Floating Director Of Nursing

In this role, you will oversee clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and nursing leadership while partnering closely with IT to optimize EHR workflows and digital health solutions. You will drive standardization of best practices, mentor nurse leaders, and use data to improve outcomes.
