Staffing Coordinator Summary of Responsibilities The Staffing Coordinator is an integral part of the management team, working hand in hand with the DON to ensure appropriate staffing, maintain direction, and support scheduling needs. This role develops and maintains a strong working rapport with interdepartmental employees and departments within the facility.
