Now Hiring: Electronic Assemblers - 1st Shift

Location: Aurora, IL

Pay: $17.00-$19.00/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

We're looking for hands-on, detail-oriented Assemblers with manufacturing experience to join a fast-paced production team in Aurora. This is a great opportunity to build your skills and transition into a long-term role with a growing company.

Assembler Responsibilities:

Assemble electronic components using samples or schematics
Enter production data into computer systems
Perform visual inspections of completed units
Package finished products for shipment
Use hand tools such as wire strippers, exacto knives, calipers, and RF scanners

Assembler Requirements:

At least 1 year of electronic production/assembly experience
Ability to read and interpret schematics
Strong attention to detail
Experience with hand soldering required
