Behavior Anlayst Board Certified (BCBA)

Position Title Behavior Analyst – Board Certified (BCBA) Location Princeton Junction, NJ 08550 Schedule Full‑Time, Monday–Friday; no weekends or late nights. Responsibilities Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload. Review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and modify individualized treatment plans as needed. Observe and conduct team meetings with staff and families to provide supervision. Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff. Qualifications Certified Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs. Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, operant conditioning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations related to behavior interventions. Proficient with Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms. Physical capability to stand, sit, push/pull equipment, lift up to 50 lbs on occasion, and spend significant time crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor. Master’s degree in a related field. Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $85,000 – $95,000. Up to $6,000 annual incentive bonus (paid monthly). Small caseload. Laptop provided.
