The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. This position involves working within a dedicated team while also managing tasks independently with managerial support. The representative will utilize various communication platforms and specialized software like Epicor Acclaim to manage client interactions efficiently.

 

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support and resolve inquiries promptly
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records
• Utilize multiple communication platforms to interact with clients
• Gather and document customer feedback to improve service quality
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet customer needs
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge
• Perform data entry tasks to support order and customer management

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service roles
• Associate degree in Business or related field
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
