Emergency Dept RN Unit Lead - ED Leadership

Sentara Princess Anne Hospital Emergency Department is seeking an RN Unit Coordinator to provide clinical leadership in a 24/7 ED. The unit emphasizes safety, quality initiatives, and optimized patient flow under the department manager's guidance. The role requires a BSN (MSN preferred), and an RN license in Virginia (or compact). 18 months ED nursing experience is expected.
