Production & Repair Technician

Philadelphia, PA | Full-Time | ️ On-Site Only
$50,000–$60,000/year (Equivalent to $24–$29/hour, based on experience)
Start Date: May 2025

Job Summary

XOD Aesthetics On Demand is hiring a hands-on technician to join our growing operations team. In this role, you’ll be repairing, assembling, and shipping our high-tech aesthetic devices used in MedSpas across the U.S. We're looking for someone mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a fast-moving company in the medical aesthetics space.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair aesthetic devices with precision

• Assemble small mechanical and electronic parts

• Track and manage inventory using internal systems

• Package and ship devices, parts, and accessories

• Receive, unpack, and log incoming shipments

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

• (Optional/Trainable) Operate 3D printers for custom parts

✅ Qualifications

• Experience in electronics repair, assembly, or warehouse operations preferred

• Comfortable using hand tools and working with small components

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Basic computer proficiency for repair logs and inventory tracking

• Valid driver’s license (for occasional site visits—2–3 times/month)

• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

• Must be able to work on-site in Philadelphia, PA

Schedule

• Full-time (35–40 hours/week)

• Flexible hours within standard business hours

• On-site position with local travel 2–3 times per month
