**Required Skills / Certifications / Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience needed - Strong drip experience is a must - Must have experience with arterial lines and titrating vasoactive drips, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Telemetry - Experience in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias - Familiarity with telemetry - on the unit monitoring - Experience with rapid response teams, IV insulin protocols, blood product administration, central and peripheral line care/management, PICC line management, heparin protocols, CVA, chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac, external CPAP/BIPAP, high flow nasal cannula, nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, tracheostomy management, isolation precautions - ACLS, BCLS, NIH certifications required - Experience with IV start, telemetry, and conscious sedation **Preferred Experience:** - Charting system experience preferred, with Epic being the charting system used **Licensure:** - NC or Compact license, pending OK for submittal **Patient Ratio Experience:** - Experiences with target ratios: 1:3-4 **Scheduling Requirements:** - Must be open to floating as needed to sister unit which is an ICCU - Weekend requirement of every other weekend
