Arcadia in Hillsboro, Texas is currently seeking Registered Nurse (RN) UNIT MANAGER
8 HOUR SHIFT: Daylight
Sign on Bonus $5,000.00
Home-like atmosphere
Dedicated Management Team
starting wage $41 & up based on experience
What will you do as a Registered Nurse unit Manager (RN)
Directs both licensed nurses (RNs/LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), ensuring proper documentation of ADLs (activities of daily living).
Interact and communicate with the family members of our residents in a patient and professional manner.
Attend Facilitates weekly care plan conferences with resident families, social work, therapy (PT/OT/ST), and dietary teams.
Functions as the primary clinical point of contact for resident families during status changes, hospital transfers, or care goals updates
Oversees rounds with attending physicians and Nurse Practitioners, ensuring orders, labs, and specialty referrals are signed and executed promptly.
What you need as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Must be fully licensed through the state as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Ability to perform physical tasks typically performed in RN work
