WHY ACPWB
We believe organizations that understand their own compensation – what they pay, why they pay it, how it compares to the market, and whether it is fair – perform better and retain better talent. We have data supporting this. We also follow this principle ourselves, which is how we arrived at a compensation structure that allows us to write this sentence without discomfort. ACPWB was founded in Milwaukee in 2006 with a simple mandate: help working Americans understand and advocate for the compensation they deserve. Eighteen years later, that mandate has grown into a full-service research and advisory practice serving clients from early-stage employers to Fortune 50 enterprises – and we are still based in Milwaukee, because Milwaukee is genuinely underrated.INTERVIEW PROCESS
Our process has four stages: a 30-minute talent screen, a 60-minute hiring manager interview, a 90-minute cross-functional panel, and a final conversation with a senior leader. We aim to complete the process in two to three weeks. We communicate outcomes at each stage, including outcomes that are not what you hoped for. What Success Looks Like In Year One Propose at least one vendor, tool, or service improvement based on your experience managing event planning and firm programming Support the successful onboarding of any new hires by managing the logistics and providing a welcoming first day Build and maintain accurate, well-organized records for the core administrative systems you own Applications for this position are being accepted through September 12, 2026. #J-18808-Ljbffr Americon Corporation for Public Well Being- ...professional on a contract-to-hire basis.
