Job Description
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and patient-centered care to residents in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support residents with mobility and physical exercises as needed.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of residents' living spaces.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

The patient ratio in this setting is 1:10, ensuring personalized attention for residents. The facility accommodates a population of 32 beds and 8 memory care units. Housing may be available upon request and approval prior to the job offer.
