CDL A Driver

Job Description

The CDL A Driver specializes in operating commercial tank trucks on regional or long-haul routes. This role requires independent operation of vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions, supporting company, lease, and owner-operator frameworks in a variety of driving assignments.

Responsibilities

Operate commercial tank trucks safely on regional or long-haul routes
Maintain vehicle and cargo in compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Work independently to manage schedules and route logistics
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles
Handle loading and unloading procedures according to company policies
Communicate effectively with dispatch and management teams

Preferred Qualifications

2 years of experience in commercial driving
Experience with tank trucks preferred but not required
Knowledge of commercial vehicle operations and safety regulations
