Customer Service Operations Manager
Location : Oklahoma City, OK | Type : Full-Time | Industry : Manufacturing
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
Two openings are available, each with a different customer service focus.
One role leads a traditional phone and email support team, with online chat coming soon.
The other supports customers through detailed, custom product orders in the culinary space.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead a customer service team and improve how orders and customer questions are handled.
Work with logistics and distribution teams to prevent delays and solve order issues.
Track service results, find process gaps, and put practical improvements in place.
What We're Looking For
At least five years of experience in customer service operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related area.
Experience with order fulfillment, distribution, reporting, and performance measures.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
