Shelter Support Specialist - Onsite Crisis Care

The People Concern is seeking a Support Specialist to serve at The Village shelter in Los Angeles. You will be the frontline contact for clients, ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, and support care coordination on the floor. You will engage with individuals experiencing homelessness and co-occurring issues, conduct safety checks, and document activities in HMIS.
