You'll help customers choose the wash package that best fits their needs, introduce them to our Unlimited Wash Club, and make sure every visit is friendly, efficient, and enjoyable.Your day may include:Welcoming customers and creating a positive first impressionExplaining wash options, memberships, promotions, and pricingRecommending Unlimited Wash Club memberships to maximize customer valueProcessing purchases using cash and card payment systemsGuiding vehicles safely into the wash tunnelMonitoring wash operations to help deliver a quality experienceKeeping vacuum areas, tunnels, and customer spaces clean and organizedCompleting routine cleaning and general site maintenanceWorking alongside teammates to maintain a safe, efficient operationResolving customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitudeWhat We're Looking ForSuccessful candidates typically have:A friendly, outgoing personality and confidence talking with customersA willingness to learn sales techniques and meet performance goalsDependability and a strong attendance recordThe ability to multitask in a fast-moving environmentComfort working outdoors in various weather conditionsThe ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftAvailability to work weekends and holidays as business needs requirePrevious customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or sales experience is helpful, but it is not required.
