The Injection Molding Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts according to production specifications. This role involves inspecting finished products, ensuring machine efficiency, maintaining a safe work environment, and meeting production goals.

Machine Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $18.00 to $20.44 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Third Shift ( Sunday through Thursday from 10:30pm to 07:00am )
- Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently.
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the molding process.
- Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Trim, assemble, package, and label finished products as required.
- Record production data and report machine malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment. Follow production schedules, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Ability to operate production equipment and use basic measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
- Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures.
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, heat, and noise.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
