For new unlicensed agents, your journey begins with a paid training period. During this time, we provide the tools and guidance needed to study for and pass the licensing exams. Once licensed, you will be assigned an existing book of business, a portfolio of current customers from whom you’ll collect monthly premiums. You’ll earn a percentage of the premiums you collect, as well as a commission on all new sales you make. From there, the sky’s the limit! Training New agents complete an onboarding development program that includes self-study, classroom instruction, and field mentoring by your Sales Manager.
