Nurse Practitioner | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: Marion, IL Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Perform comprehensive, one-time C&P exams and separation health assessments for Veterans. Conduct clinical interviews and physical assessments including METs testing, respiratory evaluations, and cardiovascular diagnostics. Evaluate and diagnose various medical conditions based on specific government guidelines. Complete medical reports and handle regular administrative follow-ups, including addendums and medical opinions. Utilize a personal laptop (PC-based) for documentation and report submission. Qualifications & Credentialing Active and unrestricted full Nurse Practitioner license. Board certification through the AANP. Proficiency in METs testing and evaluating/diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions. Must be willing to complete necessary DMA training to become DMA certified. Possession of a personal laptop (non-Apple/Mac products required for software compatibility). A current CV that includes the provider's home address. Submission of a Self-Query NPDB pulled within the last 30 days. Candidates must disclose if they are currently active duty military, in the reserves, or employed by the VA. If the provider is using their own office, specific facility photos are required at the time of presentation (including signage, handicap-accessible parking, entrance, exam rooms with protective paper, and safety equipment). A copy of an ECFMG certificate is required if medical education was completed outside of the United States. What We Offer Daily Rate: $1,200 flat rate for shifts of 5 hours or longer (includes time for exam completion and reports). Half-day Rate: $600 flat rate for shifts of 4 hours or less. Training Bonus: A one-time payment of $650 upon completing all required training and performing the first set of exams. Consistent, non-treatment clinical work with a focus on veteran advocacy.
