Avantara Evergreen Park is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team at our Joint Commission–accredited skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Evergreen Park.

We are currently seeking Full-Time and Part-Time LPNs for:

• PM Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
• NOC Shift: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM

Sign-On Bonus

• Full-Time LPNs: $5,000
• Part-Time LPNs: $2,500
• Paid in installments at 90, 180, 270, and 365 days of employment

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Nursing experience preferred
• Newer LPNs are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
