Position Overview This proactive and research-driven Talent Acquisition Partner will develop and execute sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles across the organization. The role partners with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver candidate pipelines that meet current and future hiring needs. Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies; conduct market insights and build diverse talent pools. Engage candidates through personalized outreach, networking, referrals, cold‑calling, internet searches and social media. Build and maintain high‑quality talent pipelines for the TA Operations team (80% of the time) and support requisitions (20% of the time). Screen candidates for fit, availability, salary expectations, qualifications and company culture. Maintain accurate documentation of search activities, contact data and pipelines. Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and external partners to assess talent needs and refine sourcing plans. Ensure compliance with all company policies and employment law. Assist with special projects and provide subject matter expertise in sourcing techniques and strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field; or equivalent experience. 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in talent sourcing. Strong communication, organization, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Boolean search techniques. Knowledge of talent market insights, talent pipeline building and sourcing terminology. Understanding of human resources and employment law. Ability to multitask, work collaboratively and achieve goals independently. Strong analytical, strategic and coaching abilities. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements This role is hybrid, based in North Andover, MA. Employees work on‑site Monday‑Wednesday and can work remotely Thursday‑Friday. Responsibilities include extended periods of seated work, repetitive keyboard and mouse use, and occasional light lifting of office materials. Compensation Salary range: $98,000–$109,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Pay, benefits and working hours may be adjusted as needed. Benefits Competitive base salary.
