What does a Wells Roadside Crew Member do

As a Part-Time Wells Roadside Crew Member in St. Louis Park youll dive into a fun and fast-paced role that directly contributes to unforgettable guest experiences! Youll be the friendly face taking orders making precise change and serving mouthwatering food with enthusiasm to ensure absolute guest satisfaction. Your attention to detail will shine as you package menu items for dine-in and carryout always checking for top-notch quality and consistency. Beyond serving youll prepare delicious drinks and ice cream treats responsibly carding and serving alcoholic beverages with care.

Maintaining a clean and safe environment is vital as youll handle everything from trash disposal to sanitizing food areas. With your knowledge of menu items youll assist in various kitchen areas ensuring seamless operations. • At least 1 year of experience in high-volume food and beverage service.

• Friendly personality with a dedication to customer service and a willingness to exceed guest satisfaction standards.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures with Servsafe Certification being a plus.
• Must be able to stand walk and move about for 8-10 hour shifts.
