Entry Level Technician

*Job Description*

We are looking for a level 1 technician with not much telecom experience to work
within a data center space. We're looking for someone who adapts quickly and
has experience working in a physically demanding environment. This person must
be dependable with great attendance, strong work ethic, and a positive
attitude!

Must have experience working in a physically demanding environment
(construction, working hands on with tools on a daily basis, etc)
Must be comfortable working on ladders and/or lifts throughout the 10hr shift
Must have Good attitude and work ethic
Must have good attendance track record
Hands on electrical or military experience is highly valued

*Key Responsibilities:*
Pull and route cable throughout the data center
Assemble, stack, and drill racks
Scan, label and port equipment, use a computer to document locations/part
numbers
Support general installation tasks as directed by experienced technicians

want to become leaders. This will most likely be a long term contract with the
ability to go direct once positions become
available, but not guaranteed.

*Work Environment *
*Data Centers, Mon - Friday 7 am - 5:30 pm, Saturday 7am - 3:30 pm. 58hrs/week.*
This schedule is for anyone on the construction team.
If on the production team, 4-10s with the option to pick up OT on the other days with the construction team.
Sometimes Mandatory OT is required. All candidates
must be able to work OT.


PPE Required to work on site:
Composite-Toe Safety Boots - 6" over ankle
Type 2, Class E Hardhat w/ Chinstrap
High-Vis Vest - Yellow
Safety Glasses
Level 3 Cut Gloves
**Candidate is required to provide their own safety boots**
We will provide Hardhat, gloves, vest, and safety glasses.


*Trainings required prior to getting on site*
OSHA 10 (at candidates expense if not already acquired)
*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moncks Corner, SC.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
