Customer Service Rep

DEPARTMENT: Administration REPORTS TO: Business Manager CONTRACT LENGTH: 2months with possible extension OnSite Safe is seeking experienced customer service representatives to manage questions and concerns from Hillsborough County residents regarding our COVID-19 vaccination sites. To do well in this role you need to be able to multitask and be able to remain calm when residents are frustrated. Primary Position Duties: Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries. Assist residents in making appointments for vaccinations via our scheduling platform. Provide accurate, valid and complete information regarding COVID-19 and vaccinations. Make appointment reminder calls when applicable Handle complaints Produce reports Education or Skills: Proven customer support experience or experiences as a Customer Service Representative Shall exercise discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information. Basic understanding of databases Great attention to detail Team player High school degree or equivalent; two (2) years of college preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, which may include days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends and on-call. Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations within the work setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
