Food Safety & Quality Assurance Technician

Job Details Job Location: Dallas - Seagoville, TX 75159 Position Type: Full Time THE ROLE Gotham Greens is looking for Food Safety and Quality Control Technicians to support our Operations teams. The ideal candidate has experience working in agriculture or food production. This role will report directly to the Assistant Plant Manager, with support from the Food Safety & Quality Assurance team. WHAT YOU’LL DO Build relationships with key area leaders Represent FSQA at daily operations meetings Attend Food Safety Team meetings Lead quarterly internal audits in tandem with site leadership Ensure that site sanitation teams are being supported Communicate food safety concerns to department leadership Work closely with the FSQA Manager to maintain consistent food safety and quality programs across all sites Implement daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly environmental monitoring programs Assist with maintenance of records, retention, and storage/destruction of company documents Prepare weekly and monthly reports based on deadlines – utilizes MS Office, Excel, Word, PPT, etc. Perform other duties as assigned by Plant Manager and FSQA Manager, as required to meet the needs of the Gotham Greens facility WHO YOU ARE H.S.
