Location: Location: Rotating as needed to: Anschutz Inpatient Oncology, University of Colorado Hospital; Anschutz Cancer Pavilion, University of Colorado Hospital; Highlands Ranch Hospital Cancer Center; Lonetree Medical Oncology; Cherry Creek Medical Oncology

Department: Pharmacy IP

Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Day and Evening Rotation, Weekend rotation participation will also be required, ensuring comprehensive patient care coverage.

Pay: $59.80 - $83.72 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy. * State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification and/or relevant licensure/certification as determined at position level.

Preferred:

* PGY2 residency in Oncology, OR PGY1 residency + 1 years of Oncology Clinical experience, OR no residency and 3 years of Oncology Clinical experience preferred - Prior inpatient experience is preferred - Board certification in area of expertise within 1 year of employment preferred

Clinical Pharmacist:

Float Between Inpatient and Outpatient Settings: You will be providing coverage on the inpatient oncology/bone marrow transplant unit and in our outpatient oncology infusion areas. This diverse exposure allows you to gain experience with a wide range of oncology patients and treatment modalities.

Robust Clinical Practice: Establish a strong clinical pharmacy practice focused on patient-centered care. This includes:

* Medication Management: Comprehensive medication reviews, order verification, and patient counseling. * Therapy Optimization: Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize drug therapy plans, ensuring efficacy and safety. * Specialized Oncology Expertise: Develop proficiency in intravenous and oral anti-cancer therapies for both solid and hematologic malignancies. * Operational Excellence: Contribute to the efficient operation of
