Key Responsibilities
- Lead and model the Chick-fil-A vision during your shifts
- Oversee shift operations ensuring checklists are completed efficiently and safely
- Train and develop new team members to reach operational excellence
- Manage shift changes and coverage approvals
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality
- Keep accurate financial counts and documentation
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Foster a positive, food-safe work environment
Success Metrics
- Ensure speed of service times consistently below 4 minutes
- Complete Safe Daily and ERQA checklists for each daypart
- Maintain productivity goals throughout the shift
- Achieve high CEM scores focused on accuracy, speed, and cleanliness
