Luxury Residential Bell Person- Millennium Tower

Who We Are: Millennium Tower is a luxury residential building in San Francisco known for top‑tier service. Action Property Management is hiring a full‑time Luxury Residential Bell Person. Compensation: $21 – $25 per hour (based on experience) plus covered benefits, holiday bonus, and annual bonus of $7,000 to $20,000. Schedule: 5 days per week. Weekday shifts: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 10:45 AM–7:15 PM, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM; weekends required. Job Responsibilities: Greet residents and guests with gracious hospitality. Deliver luggage, packages, groceries, and other items to units. Remain in assigned post, ensuring clear passage of car drop‑off area and sidewalks. Assist in picking up and cleaning loose debris or trash found while walking the property. Alert Concierges about maintenance requests or conditions needing attention. Cover breaks of Concierge and Door Host staff. Serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests entering the lobby or calling the association. Secure taxis for residents and guests. Support Valet in helping residents and guests enter and exit vehicles. Assist with loading/unloading packages and luggage into/out of vehicles. Ensure safety and security of all luggage and packages. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Communicate politely and clearly in person and over the phone. Know the association’s rules, policies, procedures, amenities, and surroundings. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all residents and guests. Address inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently. Inform residents and guests about association amenities and services. Teamwork: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Be flexible and ready to assist with tasks not strictly related to the job description when necessary. Qualifications / Requirements: Must be over 18 years of age and pass a criminal background check and drug screening. Prefer 2+ years of prior experience in a hotel or residential building. Proven service and hospitality experience. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Able to lift and transport packages, luggage, and other belongings safely. Capable of standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. Able to work in various weather conditions.
