We are looking for our next great team members for the front of house (FOH) team! As a member of the FOH team, you will welcome and greet guests, take and prepare customer orders at the counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness at the counter and dining area, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. We are looking for kind and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything you need to know! Successful team members will display a positive attitude and character, demonstrating a second-mile service to every guest that visits our restaurant.

Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age on the date of hire
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a reliable source of transportation
- Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, and navigate high and low shelving
- Basic reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and basic math required
- Function in warm, noisy, and fast-paced environments
- Mobility required during shifts
- Must perform well under pressure
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
Company Information
The founder of Chick-fil-A, Inc., S. Truett Cathy started the business in 1946, when he and his brother, Ben, opened an Atlanta restaurant known as The Dwarf Grill (later renamed The Dwarf House). Over the years, that restaurant thrived and led Cathy to promote the success of his business. In 1967, Cathy founded and opened the first Chick-fil-A restaurant in the Greenbriar Mall in Atlanta. Today, Chick-fil-A has the highest sales in same-store sales and is the largest quick-service chicken restaurant chain in the United States by annual system-wide sales. Today, Chick-fil-A is the #1 fast food restaurant in the United States.
