With over 60 years of experience and more than 5,000 items, CPI is a trusted source for quality custom gift and souvenir solutions. Position Summary Purchaser needed for the busy Rockville office. Applicants must be motivated, personable, and possess excellent communication, math, and decision‑making skills. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter ready to hit the ground running with a keen sense of timeliness. Responsibilities Prepare and issue purchase orders from pre‑approved sales orders Ensure timely delivery of orders Work with various domestic vendors Resolve order and/or invoice discrepancies Process and follow up on vendor status reports Source new items for customer projects Maintain company showroom Qualifications Decision‑making skills Strong organization and prioritization skills MS Office proficiency Touch typing (45 WPM minimum) and 10‑Key Excellent math skills At least 1‑3 years of office experience Bachelor degree preferred Our office is located in Rockville, MD and the hours are 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
