About the Position

Our client, a nationally recognized healthcare system, is seeking a MRI Technologist for their Panama City, FL location. The MRI Technologist performs technical procedures, applying magnetic resonance imaging and ionizing radiation (Radiographer) for the purpose of detecting pathology. Regulates equipment used to produce the magnetic image and expose the x-ray image as well as process and organize the image in PACS.

Requirements

• Education: Associate Degree or equivalent in Radiological Technology required

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year MRI experience required; 3 years preferred

• Licensure/Certifications:

  • Florida State Registered Radiologic Technician License

  • ARRT (R) & (MR) certification required

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Benefits

• Shift: Mixed, weekends only; on-call as needed (call-back minimum 2 hours, paid at time and a half)

• Shift Differentials: $5/hr nights, $5/hr weekends

• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
